Michal has worked for ROCKWOOL for more than 10 years. The last five years as Technical Service Manager for ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation in East Europe. He is certified Tipcheck Engineer since 2018 and works on a daily basis with contractors and design offices located at Eastern Europe. He’s moreover an active member of the Polish Association of Industrial Insulation Contractors (PSWIP) and a regular speaker at DVS SLV Duisburg for the FROSIO Insulation Inspector course.

With 35 years in the Marine & Offshore and industrial sectors, Søren brings extensive expertise in coatings and insulation. His experience includes 24 years in R&D and Technical Service roles, specialising in protective coatings. For the past 11 years, Søren has been a pivotal figure at ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation, specialising in Marine & Offshore insulation and CUI. Søren currently oversees Technical Service for Western Europe and manages the Industrial (Process) business in the UK and Nordic countries. Actively involved as an expert in Coatings and Insulation standards, Søren contributes to organisations such as ISO and NORSOK.
