Engineered for today’s data center needs
AI, cloud computing, and other digital services are driving unprecedented data center growth across North America. As demand for capacity increases, access to a continuous and reliable power supply is becoming one of the biggest constraints on development.
As a result, many hyperscale and large-scale data centers are investing in behind-the-meter power generation to reduce dependence on constrained electrical grids and minimise downtime risks.
While these systems improve resilience, they also introduce new challenges around high operating temperatures, fire safety, and environmental exposure. Onsite power generation can also create significant noise, in addition to that from the data center itself, which can affect surrounding communities.
